Hope Community began simply. Pastor Mike submitted the free Referral Ministry application and had a 30-minute consultation with Dr. Gross. Within a week, the church was approved and given approved referral language, product links, and disclosure guidance for their bulletin and website.

When a family in the congregation needed deeper biblical counseling, the church could confidently point them to RHSBC courses and RHM counseling services — knowing the education was trusted, Scripture-grounded, and centrally supported. The church also earned a 10% affiliate credit on eligible attributed enrollments, which they designated toward their benevolence fund. No local administration, no facilitator training, no records to manage — just a trusted referral relationship.

After a year of referring learners, Pastor Mike's team realized their church had a hunger for deeper, local formation. (In this illustration, we imagine what growth could look like.) They applied for the Extension Ministry Partner tier — paid the $50 application fee, completed the organizational review, and upon written approval paid the $250 activation. A dependable administrator from the church was oriented, and two facilitator candidates began preparing through the Thinkific LMS.

The church launched its first local cohort of 12 learners in Biblical Ethics. They met on Wednesday evenings for discussion, prayer, and guided application — while RHSBC retained all admissions, grades, records, and awards. The facilitators completed required training, earned at least 90%, and remained in good standing. The church used approved co-brandable graphics and a tested Thinkific enrollment link. Their people were growing in their capacity to care, and the church was building a sustainable counseling ministry without creating an independent school.

Three years in, Hope Community had stable leadership, a trained facilitator team, and a clear vision to serve their region. They applied for the Branded Training Center tier — $100 application and review, $500 activation after written approval. They received administrator orientation, launch consultation, and approved brand placement: their training center name, logo integration, announcement slides, landing-page content, and a directory entry on the RHM website.

The church now hosts two cohorts per year — one in Biblical Ethics, one in Advanced Counseling Interventions — and serves learners from three neighboring congregations. They accurately represent themselves as an approved local RHM/RHSBC training partner. The brand permission is limited, revocable, and non-transferable — and RHSBC continues to retain all academic records, admissions, grades, awards, refunds, and discipline. The church didn't build a school from scratch. They partnered faithfully — and their region is better cared for because of it.
