Board to Leadership Pathway

The Crucible of Fit

Leadership Opportunities at RHM

At Restoring Hope Ministries, we believe that leadership is proven through faithful service, governable character, and ethical competence. We've developed a structured pathway for individuals who feel called to serve in leadership roles within our ministry.

Your Pathway, Your Timeline

While this pathway is structured for a one-year engagement, it is fully open to whatever time commitment works for you. The goal is not the calendar — it is the formation. Whether your journey takes one year or several, you are building real leadership capacity while serving and contributing to RHM's mission right now.

Board-to-Director training covers all facets of training and required competencies for service within RHM. RHM counselors are required to complete CEUs/CEs to maintain their educational, biblical, and pastoral competence — a standard of humility and continuous growth embedded across every leadership level.

A Nationwide Opportunity

Whether you are in Wisconsin or anywhere else in the United States, RHM's leadership pathway carries a unique, one-of-a-kind opportunity.

Establish an RHM Hub in Your City

A board member may plant an RHM office in their own town or city. Their ministry plan receives direct support from the Home Office in Green Bay, and each new location may offer any service — or a unique service — as a full extension of Restoring Hope Ministries. Every new hub receives a dedicated page within the RHM platform as its own recognized area of service.

Operated within a church or as a standalone RHM hub office
Leadership structure designed around your unique ministry plan
Dedicated RHM page created for each new location
All legal, ordinance, and compliance checks completed within board service

Kingdom Ecosystem by State

Each new state added to the RHM network unlocks opportunities uniquely aligned to local Kingdom needs — church partnerships, community services, and tailored ministry tracks developed alongside Home Office.

Church Partnerships Replicated

The tier-based church partnership model used in Wisconsin is fully duplicable in any new state. RHM Home Office assists with establishing and nurturing those partnerships, with specific funding support flowing to each ministry zone.

Financial Model Support

The RHM hub financial model — including the zone-based giving structure — is supported by the Home Office. Checks from church zone partnerships are directed to support each specific ministry location's operational plan.

Direct, In-Person Leadership for Every Location

Each location operating outside of Wisconsin has the opportunity to establish direct, in-person leadership fully aligned with their approved ministry plan. Leadership is designed around each location — not a one-size-fits-all model.

Our Commitment to Excellence

We are committed to building a mature, ethically grounded, and legally responsible leadership culture for Biblical Counseling and Christ-centered recovery work. This pathway ensures that leaders are well-prepared to:

Uphold biblical ethics and ministry culture at every location
Navigate local, state, and federal compliance requirements — handled within board service
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality standards
Develop sustainable funding strategies for their ministry zone
Complete required CEUs/CEs to maintain biblical and pastoral competence

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
