Media Director, Restoring Hope Ministries

Hi, I'm Lindsay — hairstylist, podcast host, mom, business owner, and someone who has spent the last several years learning how to rebuild herself from the inside out. After my divorce, I found myself navigating healing, single motherhood, entrepreneurship, relationships, self-worth, boundaries, and the very confusing world of modern dating — all while trying to figure out who I actually was underneath survival mode.

What started as personal growth slowly turned into a passion for deeper conversations around healing, communication, attachment styles, emotional patterns, and authenticity. My goal is simple: to create a community where people feel safe to grow, reflect, heal, laugh, and have real conversations about the things most people are afraid to say out loud.

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
