Clinical care with requested faith integration
Prayer, Scripture, or spiritual themes are included only at your request.
Biblical or pastoral ministry care
Ministry care is clearly distinguished from licensed psychotherapy.
You may request an outside referral. You may change or decline spiritual content without losing access to the employer-funded benefit. The provider explains service type, credentials, confidentiality limits, fees, evidence limitations, and your proposed plan before care begins.
Privacy is part of the design
Your organization receives implementation support and privacy-protected aggregate information—not individual clinical information through the general program.
Employer may receive
- Eligible-life counts and aggregate use when privacy thresholds are met
- Median time from first contact to an offered appointment
- Aggregate service categories with small-number suppression
- Aggregate satisfaction and access barriers
Employer does not receive
- Names, contact details, diagnoses, symptoms, or selected faith pathway
- Individual appointments, attendance, missed visits, or treatment status
- Notes, care plans, outcome scores, medications, or substance-use history
- Fitness-for-duty, discipline, disability, return-to-work, or productivity conclusions
Using your benefit
A navigator clarifies eligibility, urgency, preferences, and available options. Service availability and funding depend on your employer agreement, assessment, provider scope, capacity, and informed consent. After an allowance is exhausted, ask about insurance if accepted, self-pay, scholarship support, or an outside referral.
