Restoring Hope Ministries exists to provide Christ-centered care, biblical counseling, discipleship, education, and community partnership for individuals, families, churches, and communities in need of hope.
We believe lasting care is not built through programs alone, but through faithful people, wise structures, compassionate presence, biblical truth, and a community willing to walk with the hurting over time. Our vision is intentionally long-term.
RHM's ministry plan is organized around four horizons: 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, and 25 years. These are not rigid promises or fixed institutional claims. They are prayerful directions, stewarded goals, and planning markers that help our team, churches, donors, volunteers, students, and community partners understand where we believe the Lord may be leading this work.

Strengthen Biblical Counseling Services
RHM will continue to refine its biblical counseling process so that individuals, couples, and families receive thoughtful, prayerful, and structured care. This includes clearer intake pathways, counselor matching, pastoral supervision, documentation standards, referral processes, and care plans that honor both Scripture and the real complexity of human suffering.
Build a Clear Care Pathway for Churches and Families
Many churches want to help hurting people but do not always have the time, training, or internal systems to provide deeper care. RHM seeks to become a trusted partner for pastors and church leaders by offering referral pathways, consultation, biblical counseling support, and training opportunities for members who desire to grow in wise, compassionate care.
Develop Integrated Care Options
RHM is exploring responsible integration of biblical counseling, pastoral care, case management, assessments, neurofeedback, brainspotting, addiction recovery support, and group-based recovery resources. These services are never meant to replace the local church or the work of Christ; rather, they are tools of care that may help individuals become more regulated, honest, connected, and able to receive truth with humility and hope.
Strengthen Staff, Volunteer, and Counselor Formation
We believe the health of the caregiver matters. RHM will continue developing supervision, training, ethical expectations, role clarity, and internal care practices for staff, counselors, volunteers, students, and ministry leaders. We want those who serve through RHM to be cared for as members of one body, not used as instruments of production.
Expand Website Clarity and Public Access
The website will continue to become a central access point for counseling requests, church referrals, partner information, ministry resources, education pathways, giving, volunteer opportunities, and future program development.
Four Anchors of the Vision
Christ-Centered Care
Every service at RHM begins with the conviction that Christ is the true source of restoration. Counseling, education, neurofeedback, assessments, recovery groups, retreats, and discipleship are tools. They are not saviors. Our work is to serve faithfully, listen carefully, tell the truth in love, and walk with people as they seek healing before God.
Ethical and Accountable Practice
Care must be wise, not merely well-intended. RHM is committed to informed consent, role clarity, supervision, appropriate referrals, documentation, confidentiality, staff care, and humility about scope of practice. We want every person who comes through RHM to know who is serving them, what kind of care they are receiving, and what options are available.
Church Partnership
RHM does not seek to replace the local church. We seek to strengthen it. Many pastors and churches carry heavy care burdens. RHM exists to come alongside churches through counseling, consultation, referral support, training, scholarships, care pathways, and discipleship resources.
Generational Restoration
We are not only asking, "How can we help this person today?" We are also asking, "What kind of people, families, churches, and communities are being formed over time?" RHM's hope is that those who receive care may eventually become people who offer care, encouragement, wisdom, and hope to others.
Where We Are Going
In the next year
We are strengthening our counseling systems, intake process, staff formation, church referral pathways, website clarity, and integrated care planning.
In the next five years
We are building a regional network of churches, counselors, trained volunteers, donors, recovery partners, and educational pathways that can support deeper and more affordable care.
In the next ten years
We are working toward The 120 House, a structured Christ-centered care environment for recovery, discipleship, restoration, education, and whole-person support.
In the next twenty-five years
We are seeking to leave a generational legacy of biblical care: trained leaders, restored families, strengthened churches, county-based hubs, scholarship-supported counseling, and a reproducible model of Christ-centered restoration.
