Prayer Team Volunteer
Join our intercessory prayer team to faithfully lift up counseling clients, staff, and ministry needs before the Lord. Commitment involves attending a brief monthly prayer gathering and praying individually throughout the week.
Requirements: Active Christian faith, heart for intercession
Front Desk / Greeter
Be the first face visitors see when they walk through our doors. Help create a warm, welcoming environment for clients and guests arriving for counseling appointments or events.
Requirements: Friendly, reliable, background check required
Biblical Life Skills Teacher
Facilitate small group sessions on biblical life skills — covering topics like finances, conflict resolution, identity in Christ, and emotional wellness — for clients and community participants.
Requirements: Biblical counseling training or ministry background preferred, background check
Community Outreach Team
Help represent Restoring Hope Ministries at community events, church fairs, and outreach gatherings in the Green Bay area. Distribute resources and connect people to care.
Requirements: Outgoing, heart for community, reliable transportation
Mentor — Men's Recovery
Walk alongside men recovering from addiction as a consistent, Christ-centered mentor. Share your story of grace and help guide others toward freedom and accountability.
Requirements: Personal faith in Christ, willingness to share openly, background check
Childcare Volunteer
Provide loving, supervised childcare during counseling sessions and ministry events so parents can fully engage in the support they need.
Requirements: Background check required, experience with children preferred
Administrative Support
Support ministry operations with data entry, filing, correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. Great fit for detail-oriented volunteers who want to serve behind the scenes.
Requirements: Basic computer skills, organized, confidentiality agreement required
Mentor — Women's Support
Offer consistent encouragement and discipleship to women navigating grief, trauma, or life transitions. A compassionate listener with a grounded faith is the primary qualification.
Requirements: Personal faith, empathy, background check required
"Coffee Cup" Biblical Mentorship
Walk alongside individuals spiritually — pray, ask wise questions, encourage obedience and growth in faith. Non-clinical, friendship-based discipleship.
Requirements: Min. Associate's in Theology, mentorship orientation
Administrative & Office Support
Assist with scheduling, communications, data entry, and other behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the ministry running smoothly.
Requirements: Background check, basic computer skills
Childcare & Family Support Team
Maintain a safe, attentive environment during scheduled programs and support parents so they can fully participate in discipleship.
Requirements: 18+, background check, Child Safety Training required
Community Outreach Support
Help with event setup, hospitality, resource navigation for shelters and recovery supports, and accompany RHM team leads on outreach initiatives.
Requirements: Orientation + background check where required
Hospitality & Welcome Team
Create a warm, welcoming environment at events, workshops, and Sunday programs. Greet guests, manage refreshments, and ensure people feel cared for.
Requirements: None — a heart for people!
Prayer Team Member
Commit to interceding for the ministry, counseling clients (anonymously), and community needs shared on the prayer board. May serve in in-person prayer times.
Requirements: None — open to all believers
