Church Care Pathway Partner Program

The RHM Care Pathway Partner Program is designed to help Wisconsin churches extend quality, Scripture-anchored care to their congregations without duplicating infrastructure. RHM serves as a trusted extension of your pastoral team — providing biblical counseling, discipleship resources, and support coordination.

We do not believe in siloed care. We build community pathways — partnering with churches, faith-based organizations, and community partners so people receive coordinated support rather than being left to navigate alone.

Each $100 partially subsidizes one counseling session (e.g., $150 → $50 for individual; $175 → $75 for marriage/family). Unused subsidies roll into the scholarship fund.

Biblical Counseling Referral

Streamlined referral pathway so your pastoral staff can connect congregants to qualified biblical counselors quickly and confidently.

Group Ministry Resources

Access to Living Free group curriculum and facilitation support for faith-based recovery and discipleship groups within your church.

Congregant Support

Coordinated care for congregants navigating crises, grief, addiction, trauma, or family conflict — no one falls through the cracks.

Leader Training

Workshops for your volunteer caregivers, small group leaders, and pastoral staff on how to listen, respond biblically, and when to refer.

Discipleship Access

Partner churches receive priority enrollment in RHM discipleship cohorts, workshops, and equipping events.

Pastoral Consultation

Consultative support for pastors shepherding complex situations — a trusted colleague relationship for difficult pastoral moments.

Church community

"Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encourage one another — and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

— Hebrews 10:25

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
