Serve With Restoring Hope

RHM exists to serve Christ and His Church by equipping believers, strengthening families, and extending wise, Scripture-anchored care to the community. This page outlines practical ways to serve with RHM in volunteer and limited contractor capacities.

Every role is designed to protect those we serve, preserve gospel integrity, and maintain clear boundaries around scope of practice and supervision.

Our Posture in Service

We serve as students of Jesus Christ. He is the Teacher and Counselor; we are helpers who seek to embody Scripture rather than prove ourselves right. We value humility, careful listening, prayer, accountability, and supervision. We aim to ask the kinds of wise, heart-revealing questions Jesus asked.

Volunteer Roles

Unpaid service supporting discipleship and outreach initiatives with training and oversight.

Coaching Roles

Non-licensed roles with explicit boundaries and written informed consent for client support.

Contract Teaching

1099 roles offered when there is an active instructional need and approved capacity.

Board of Directors — Season of Renewal

Vice-Chair, Secretary & Treasurer positions open. Community leaders, professionals, and students encouraged to apply.

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
