About This Group

The Christ-Centered Process Group is a faith-based gathering for men and women who desire a deeper place of honesty, support, reflection, and growth in the presence of Christ. This is not a secular therapy group. Rather, it is a guided Christian process space facilitated by Dr. Jeffrey Gross through Restoring Hope Ministries, where participants are invited to slow down, be known, and prayerfully attend to what is unfolding in their hearts, relationships, and walk with the Lord.

This group is designed for those who long for a safe and grace-filled setting to speak truthfully about the burdens they carry, the questions they hold, and the places where God may be inviting healing, wisdom, and greater freedom. Together, participants are encouraged to remain present in the here and now, to listen well, to honor one another's stories, and to bring their struggles into the light of Christ.

Our focus is not on surface-level advice or quick fixes. Instead, we aim to make room for meaningful reflection, compassionate presence, biblical truth, and Christ-centered relationship. Participants may find themselves exploring themes such as grief, relational pain, identity, loneliness, spiritual growth, difficult emotions, and the challenge of remaining open before God in hard seasons. In this space, lament is welcomed, honesty is honored, and each person is encouraged to move at a pace that is respectful of their own story and what the Lord may be doing in their life.

Because this is a process-oriented group, the relationships and interactions within the group matter. What arises in the room may become part of the work itself, offering opportunities to practice courage, humility, grace, truth-telling, and Christlike care toward one another.

The group is facilitated by Dr. Jeffrey Gross, Biblical Counselor and Dean of the Restoring Hope School of Biblical Counseling, and is offered as a faith-based ministry support group rather than licensed psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
