Biblical Counselor Application Pathway
RHM receives applications from qualified biblical and pastoral counselors who desire to serve within a Christ-centered, supervised, ethically accountable counseling ministry. Approved counselors may be considered for participation in the RHM Biblical Counseling Contractor Network after completing all application, interview, documentation, and training requirements.
Scope of Care Disclosure
RHM provides biblical counseling and pastoral care — not licensed psychotherapy, diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or medical care. Approved biblical counselors serve within a supervised ministry model. When a concern falls outside the scope of biblical or pastoral care, RHM may recommend referral to an appropriate licensed professional, physician, or emergency service. This is an independent contractor arrangement, not an employee position.

Please note: Approved counselors do not begin serving until all application steps, interviews, background screening, and required pre-service training are fully completed. An offer does not guarantee a start date before these requirements are met.
