Optional employer-funded care allowances

Employers may add a uniform annual maximum for eligible employees. Restoring Hope bills only for services delivered. Unused amounts are not invoiced and are not cash benefits. The allowance does not discount contracted rates.

$500

annual maximum / employee

Approximately 2–4 services, depending on the approved service mix.

The employer sets uniform benefit rules, not named-employee approvals, diagnoses, or treatment plans. The agreement defines eligible employees or approved adult household members, covered services, benefit year, and options after the allowance is exhausted.

Benefit documents should be reviewed by counsel if the arrangement creates or modifies an employee welfare benefit plan.

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
