Restoring Hope at Work · Greater Green Bay

The employer opens the door. The employee controls the care.

A six-step pathway keeps access simple while separating workplace decisions from confidential services.

The employee journey

  1. Private self-referral

The employee calls or uses the approved secure access route. A manager may share information but cannot enroll the employee.

  2. Navigation and safety screen

A trained team member clarifies urgency, eligibility, preferences, and fit. Immediate danger is routed to emergency or crisis services.

  3. Employee choice

The employee may choose clinical care without faith integration, client-requested faith integration, ministry care, or an outside referral.

  4. Assessment and consent

The provider explains credentials, service type, confidentiality limits, fees, evidence limits, and the proposed plan.

  5. Care and review

Progress and adverse responses are reviewed at appropriate intervals. The provider refers when another service or level of care is needed.

  6. Transition

The employee may step down to groups, peer support, pastoral support, community resources, or an outside specialist.

A straightforward employer launch

  1. 1. Discovery

Confirm workforce size, locations, goals, current benefits, and desired allowance. RHM assesses fit, capacity, scope, and pricing.

  2. 2. Agreement

Select eligibility, funding, invoice contact, and communication owner. Finalize services, privacy terms, reporting, and launch plan.

  3. 3. Setup

Agree on an eligibility method and employee communications. RHM configures access instructions, routing, and training.

  4. 4. Orientation

Invite employees and train managers to share—not manage—the resource. RHM provides referral scripts and privacy education.

  5. 5. Go live

Keep access information visible and voluntary. RHM navigates employees, delivers or refers care, and monitors capacity.

  6. 6. Review

Discuss aggregate trends without seeking individual details. RHM recommends program adjustments.

Employers remain responsible for healthy work

Counseling is not a substitute for safe staffing, reasonable workload, nondiscrimination, respectful supervision, or legally required accommodations. The program helps employees access care; it does not transfer management responsibilities to RHM.

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
