Faithful ministry involves preaching, counseling, leadership, conflict, administration, spiritual warfare, family pressure, and emotional burdens. Many pastors feel exhausted but do not know where to turn.
RHM desires to provide a confidential, Scripture-rooted place for pastors and leaders to receive care before weariness becomes collapse. You do not have to be in crisis to seek care. Preventive soul care is faithful stewardship.
