Many workplaces can hand an employee a phone number. Restoring Hope at Work adds a local navigation team, multiple clearly labeled care pathways, manager education, and a predictable employer partnership structure. Employees contact us directly. We help them understand available options and connect with appropriate care or referral.

Employer opens access

Your organization funds program infrastructure and may select a uniform care allowance.

Employee chooses

Participation, clinical care, faith integration, ministry care, and outside referral remain the employee’s choice.

Restoring Hope navigates

We manage private first contact, explain the benefit, coordinate appropriate care, and protect individual information.

Designed for local workplaces

Small and mid-sized employers, nonprofits, public agencies, churches, and community organizations in greater Green Bay that want a dependable local mental-health resource without turning managers or HR staff into clinicians.

Does your company match charitable gifts?

Your donation to Restoring Hope Ministries could bring even more hope through an employer match. Visit Charity Navigator’s guide and employer lookup to check your company’s program.

Match amounts and eligibility vary. Confirm that your employer accepts gifts to faith-based organizations like RHM.

Check Your Company’s Match
Workplace matching gifts

Your gift could bring even more hope.

Some employers match charitable donations made by employees. If RHM and your gift qualify, a $50 donation with a 1:1 employer match becomes $100 to support counseling access, recovery support, education, and community ministry. This is an illustration, not a guaranteed match.

  1. Step 1

    Check your employer’s policy

Ask HR or your workplace giving team about match ratios, minimum gifts, annual limits, deadlines, and whether faith-based organizations like RHM qualify.

  2. Step 2

    Give and keep your receipt

Make your gift to Restoring Hope Ministries through our existing giving options. Save your donation receipt for your employer’s verification process.

  3. Step 3

    Request and follow up

Submit your receipt and match request through your employer’s portal or HR team before the deadline, then confirm the match was approved and sent.

Information for your match request

Organization: Restoring Hope Ministries · EIN: 87-3681358

Mailing address: 710 Desplaine Rd, DePere, WI 54115

RHM is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Employer policies vary, and some exclude religious organizations or activities. Confirm eligibility with your employer before relying on a match. Contact RHM if your employer requires donation verification or additional documentation.

For employers and HR teams

Help employees discover your giving benefit: share your eligibility rules, request portal, limits, and deadlines in onboarding and staff communications. Consider matching eligible gifts to RHM or asking about volunteer grants and volunteer time off. Charitable matching is separate from RHM’s paid employee care partnership; service fees are not represented here as match-eligible donations.

Resource: Charity Navigator’s Employee Match Programs guide, including its employer lookup. RHM does not determine employer eligibility or submit requests on your behalf.

Privacy is part of the design

Your organization receives implementation support and privacy-protected aggregate information—not individual clinical information through the general program.

Employer may receive

  • Eligible-life counts and aggregate use when privacy thresholds are met
  • Median time from first contact to an offered appointment
  • Aggregate service categories with small-number suppression
  • Aggregate satisfaction and access barriers

Employer does not receive

  • Names, contact details, diagnoses, symptoms, or selected faith pathway
  • Individual appointments, attendance, missed visits, or treatment status
  • Notes, care plans, outcome scores, medications, or substance-use history
  • Fitness-for-duty, discipline, disability, return-to-work, or productivity conclusions

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better.

This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Jeffrey Gross, who earned an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and is continuing his Psy.D. studies in Clinical Psychology, with completion anticipated in 2028. His Th.D. in Theology and Ph.D. in Christian Counseling complement that clinical education with theological preparation for Christ-centered soul care.

At Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin, he served as a Student Psychologist and later Chief Student Psychologist, supporting veterans and first responders with traumatic brain injuries through the BRAVE program. His work included assessment, individualized treatment planning, multidisciplinary rehabilitation, psychoeducational and process-oriented groups, and peer supervision. His experience also includes supervised psychological testing of clergy at Milwaukee Psychotherapy Collaborative, recovery-focused group development at The Manor by Windrose, and case management and peer-support supervision at Biehl Bridges to Recovery.

Continuing education in assessment, trauma, neurobehavioral conditions, supervision, ethics, and risk management further informs this approach. Together, these experiences help shape RHM’s commitment to careful assessment, responsible documentation, collaborative care, and attention to each person’s spiritual, relational, emotional, and practical needs. His clinical psychology doctorate remains in progress; this background does not replace the qualifications or licensure required for regulated clinical services.
